Your privacy is important to us. Any information collected by us is necessitated by your order placement and will not be shared with any other third party, other than a post or Freight agency.

All payments are processed through a secure system.



All orders will be despatched within 3 working days of the placement of the order. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email. When the goods have been despatched we will send notification and an estimated delivery time. All orders within New Zealand will be sent by N.Z Couriers and require a signature on delivery,-because of this we suggest a day time address and telephone no. eg workplace.

Overseas orders will be sent by  Standard Airmail or Courier Post. Only Courier Post has a track and trace facility. We will contact our customers as soon as the goods have been despatched and we will retain receipt of postage with our records as proof . We do not take responsibility for lost parcels once the goods have left our care.

All our goods will be suitably wrapped to prevent any damage in transit-please contact us within 3 working days if the goods a re faulty or damaged on arrival


Returns Policy;

Shellshock will gladly replace or repair any faulty items and will always abide by our responsibilities under the N.Z. Consumer guarantees act. Due to the varied prices on offer we do not have a fixed warranty period but N.Z consumers policy states that an item should last a reasonable amount of time relative to the price paid -so we would ask that our customers take a common sense approach to wear and tear issues. We have always offered a lifetime repair service on our product when possible, but a service charge will apply if we deem the item to be outside of the warranty period. We will communicate any costs to the customer before proceeding with such work .

If an item ordered on-line does not look or feel like anticipated we will offer our on-line shoppers a full refund if the item is returned to us in re-saleable condition . All tags must remain attached to the jewellery and we must be satisfied the item has not been worn

All returns must be wrapped so as not to incur damage in transit-we suggest customers re-use our packaging.

Shellshock will not refund goods deemed to have been worn or damaged in transit due to inadequate wrapping.

Freight for all non warranty returns must be paid for by the customer


Cancellations policy;

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order as we can only do so before sending. After the goods have been dispatched our returns policy applies


Pricing and charges;

All prices are quoted in NZ dollars only. The price includes gst . Shellshock is not responsible for any duties or tariffs payable when importing into overseas destinations

Taking Care of your Jewellery;

We package all our jewellery in acid free tissue which helps prevent tarnishing. Perfumes, moisturisers, hairsprays and make-up can change the colour of semi-precious materials and cause tarnishing and wear of plated metals- so always put your jewellery on after the application of these products. Never wear your jewellery whilst swimming or in the shower.

Do not use jewellery dips ( except on plain Sterling Silver) or abrasive products on the jewellery,- simply wipe with a soft cloth to clean it. We recommend a quick wipe for all pieces worn against the skin before putting away, to remove any moisture or products.

Always store your jewellery in a manner which prevents it rubbing against other pieces and causing scratches.
